I'd like to take a minute and give a shout out to my Moms.

Without her photography skills, all the pix on this site would have ended up looking like this one here, which was taken by Yours Truly.

Personally, I think it's a pretty good shot, coming from an amateur photographer with no thumbs.  But, unfortunately, I have a feeling that the general public will beg to differ.  The odds are pretty good that they'll opt for Mom's photos over mine.  (The public can be quite fickle.)

So here comes the PSA.  If you love the animal in your life half as much as my Mom loves hers, you may wanna consider professionally capturing the little bugger's photo.  Either with our without his/her parents (i.e., you, Dear Web Surfer).  For more info, please email my mom at phinzip@yahoo.com (code name: Leigh Baltzer).
