Act I: Phineas & Newton set out to clean up the neighborhood park when they are stopped by Jackson the Polar Bear, who teaches them an important lesson about recycling the trash.

Act II: Old Man Arnold wants to cut down a tree for more paper bags, but
CJ the Bird needs the tree for her nest. Can Phineas & Newton help save
